1) What is tweetfeel?

Tweetfeel monitors positive and negative feelings in twitter conversations about stuff like movies, musicians, TV shows and popular brands. We display these feelings in a clear and simple way for you.

2) How does tweetfeel work?

We compare your search result against a number of indicators to determine whether someone is generally positive or negative towards your term. We then apply some insanely complex algorithms to make sure your results fairly display the true feelings.

3) I searched for "something" and I got limited or no results at all. What gives?

We have very specific rules for evaluating feelings. Tweetfeel is a free and fun website that uses a small set of indicators. Not every search term will satisfy the criteria for our rules and so you may not see results even though tweets do exist. However, we have launched TweetFeel Biz, a subscription based service that uses many rules, and far more complex rules for analyzing and trending data over weeks and months. 4) I noticed that some of the results were incorrect. That negative should have been a positive?

Yeah, we're not perfect. Blame that on sarcasm and joking around. Achieving perfection is impossible but that doesn't mean we won't try. TweetFeel Biz, our upcoming subscription based version, will get you that much closer to perfection. And, we're sure it will improve your overall positive sentiment towards our product.
